Refund policy

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, we are here to assist you through a simple and transparent return and refund process.


Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we accept returns only in specific situations. You may request a return if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, the request must be made within 7 days of delivery, and the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.


Refunds

Once your return request is approved and verified, we will process your refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received from our side.


Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition. Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible. Products purchased during special promotions, discounts, or clearance sales may also be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. After reviewing the issue, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still contact us for assistance if needed.
